At Assisted Living on Broadway, meals and snacks are prepared with fresh, wholesome ingredients in the kitchen and taken family style in our lovely dining area. Residents enjoy seeing the daily routine of meal preparation and kitchen activity, and the aroma of home cooked meals. We learn about each resident’s likes and dislikes, and prepare our menus based on that information. Staff members encourage residents to eat well and will keep records of their daily food intake and hydration. Many special diets can be accommodated upon request.
Alongside the daily special offerings, a variety of snacks, beverages, fresh fruits, cheese and crackers, salami are available throughout the day.
