Iren Kaspin, RN
Owner & Administrator
For Iren Kaspin, memory care is a mission rooted in clinical excellence and empathy. As a Registered Nurse and the Owner of Assisted Living on Broadway, Iren provides the professional medical oversight and energetic leadership that families look for when choosing a home for their loved ones.
- A 20-Year Family Tradition: Iren has been immersed in the senior living industry for 20 years, growing up in an environment where her family owned and operated assisted living homes. This lifelong exposure allowed her to master every facet of the business—from hands-on care to complex clinical administration.
- Clinical & Personal Connection: As a Registered Nurse, Iren ensures the highest standards of safety and medication management. However, her dedication is also personal; having navigated the journey of a loved one with dementia, she understands the emotional weight families carry.
- Family-First Philosophy: Iren spends her free time with her three children, husband and dog whose love inspires her to maintain a warm, protective, and vibrant atmosphere for every resident under her roof.
Rose Copeland Administrator & Culinary Expert
For Rose Copeland, caring for others is a calling that spans two deeply connected worlds: the dining table and the bedside. Rose ensures that our community feels like a home through exceptional service and decades of hands-on experience.
- A Foundation in Hospitality: Long before entering senior care, Rose managed the iconic Britney Hill, a premier dining destination. She mastered the art of high-level management and creating a welcoming atmosphere, eventually realizing her true heart lay in personal caregiving.
- A Heart for Caregiving Since 1990: In 1990, Rose became a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Her 30+ years of experience at the bedside have given her a profound understanding of the emotional and physical needs of seniors, especially those living with memory loss.
- The Culinary Touch: Because of her background, Rose ensures our residents enjoy more than just “facility food.” She brings a fine-dining heart to our home-cooked meals, understanding that nutrition and joy go hand-in-hand.
The Broadway Difference: a 1 to 6 Ratio
Together, Iren and Rose lead a team dedicated to a 1:6 staff-to-resident ratio. This small, boutique environment allows our leadership to stay “eyes-on” and “hearts-in,” ensuring that your loved one receives the personalized attention they deserve.
“We invite you to visit our home and experience the difference that professional clinical oversight and a true family environment can make.”
